He started his adventure with gastronomy as a teenager in his grandfather's restaurant. He worked in Italy and in well-known Warsaw restaurants, gaining experience with the best restaurateurs. The original menu he created for our restaurant is based on seasonal products.

restaurant manager

passionate about the catering industry, in which he has been working for over 15 years. He started his adventure at the 5-star Hilton Hotel. Many Warsaw restaurants have developed under his wings. In addition, Michał is an experienced Barista and Sommelier. get to know our flavors.
